American bakeries range from wholesale operations that supply restaurants to neighborhood shops that sell bread, pastries, cookies and cakes over the counter, and many of them also pour coffee. Bagel shops boil and bake on site and sell out of favorite flavors by late morning; donut shops open before dawn and are often family-run; patisseries and cake studios take custom orders for weddings and birthdays and usually need one to two weeks' notice. Ice cream parlors, gelato shops and frozen yogurt bars are seasonal in the northern states and year-round in the South and on the West Coast. Prices are posted per item, by the dozen or by the pound, and most shops now take cards and mobile payment.

Don't write too many reviews but this owner really goes out of his way to be a horrible person. I parked in the loading spot to drop off product to a nearby shop in the shopping center. This is completely allowed. After dropping off the product I went back to my parked car and started to order some some food for the trip back. Not even 2 minutes go by and this guy is telling me to leave saying I can't be there. There was no customers looking for parking or anything of the sorts, and even if there was they can't park in a loading spot for no reason so why does it matter that I am there? I know. It only matters to him because from the short interaction we had, it is clear he is mad at the world and has nothing better to do. Just that type of person. I recommend going somewhere else to get the exact same product, probably for a better price, and not supporting this type of attitude in the world.

I had a really uncomfortable experience here. When I walked in, I saw the owner sneeze and wipe his nose with his bare hands without washing them afterward. That immediately made me question the cleanliness of the place. Because of that, I set my gallon of water on the counter intending to fill it myself instead of having him handle it. Instead of understanding, the owner yelled at me and asked, βIs it your first time here?β in a rude tone. I chose not to respond to what I had just witnessed, but the interaction felt completely unprofessional. Basic hygiene and respectful customer service should be a given, especially when handling items people are consuming. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome and will definitely take my business elsewhere!

The machine outside seems to be constantly broken. It either eat your coins or takes your dollars. Owner never takes responsibility even though it is his machine. And I hate going inside because the owner is always in a bad mood

Iβm confused at all these 1 star reviews. The owner is an older Korean man who doesnβt speak much English but heβs always been efficient and thorough. He takes my 5 gallon jug, rinses it, puts the cap in the UV cleaner without me having to ask, he fills up my water, and then proceeds to ring me up. When there are customers before me I see him do the same for them. Itβs such a simple process for us, not much talking requiredβ¦ I guess a smile can go a long way, but some people arenβt super smiley, it doesnβt mean theyβre rude or unprofessional. Iβve been getting my alkaline water here for years and the occasional ice cream cones. Iβve never been unsatisfied with the goods or the service.

My experience here seems to be a dime a dozen. The owner was rude. At first, when I came in, he was nowhere to be found. When I figured that the shop was empty, I started to leave. He appeared and immediately started being pushy. He initially tried to overcharge me for filling my half gallon tumblers and then tried to force me to use the outdoor machine. I was prepared to buy three gallons. Left with one gallon and a bad taste in my mouth. The water tastes fine, but it's not worth the hassle. Go anywhere else.
